How long does the audit take to complete?
You'll receive your personalized video audit within 5 business days of purchase and filling out a short form. I personally review every site to ensure you get thorough, actionable feedback.
Can I ask specific questions about my website?
Of course. After your purchase, you’ll receive a form to fill out which you can let me know if you have specific questions that you’d like me to address when I review your website. And I’ll include my response as part of the video audit.
What if I'm not tech-savvy? Will I be able to implement your suggestions?
Absolutely! I specifically design my recommendations for busy founders who aren't developers. Most suggestions are simple changes you can make yourself, and I'll clearly explain any areas that might need outside help or custom coding.
Do you audit sites that aren't live yet?
Yes! Pre-launch audits are actually some of my favorites because we can catch issues before customers see them. Just make sure your site is accessible via a link I can review.
What if my site is built on a platform other than Shopify?
This audit is specifically designed for Shopify stores. The recommendations are tailored to Shopify's capabilities and limitations, so they won't be as valuable for other platforms. If your store is currently on another platform but you are planning to move to Shopify then please let me know in the form after purchase.
